Question by seriousddneeded: What happened to GoDaddy.com they have just become the worst company to deal with !?
I have had multiple customer service “NIGHTMARES” with GoDaddy. I have been using them for a couple of years without “One” problem. Now every time I do something it turns into a “NIGHTMARE”
I mean a “NIGHTMARE” !

Without knowing what your specific issue is, I don’t know that I can be much help. However, it’s obvious that you’re not getting your needs met via our Support and this concerns me. We have 24×7 Support staffed by representatives who are constantly trained to make sure they can provide troubleshooting for our products and the issues that customers may experience. You can reach any of these reps through phone or email. We see comments to our Facebook page and tweets that thank us for our superior support dozens of times a day.
